We work with multiple carriers including DPD, DHL, Fedex/TNT, Royal Mail and multiple pallet carriers. Who we use depends on the size of order and its destination. 

 

Parcel deliveries will require a signature on arrival.

 

Larger equipment orders will be sent via a 2 man “white glove” service. The carrier will call ahead and book a convenient delivery date and then place in a ground level room of choice. 

 

Very large or heavy orders may be sent on a palletised delivery. We would contact you directly to confirm this method and to confirm any delivery restrictions. Please note that this is a kerb side only service and you will be required to move product from the truck.
